Happy 3rd Birthday, Coulter!

Coulter turned 3 this week! Today was his party and he had a lot of fun! I can't believe how big our boy is getting!


His awesome Lightning McQueen birthday cake! He chose the red section between the front wheel and the smile as his first piece.

Playing catch-up

Here we are! Back again!

It's been a month, and a very rough month at that...please forgive our lack of updates, we've had a lot going on in our lives right now. First, my dad had a serious fall and was hospitalized for about all of December...doing somewhat better, but still a long way to go. Second, we had another miscarriage at 11.5 weeks right before Christmas. So, the blog has been on the back burner.

BUT - the good news - I've still been taking plenty of pictures! Here they all are in a Picasa album...click it, and it'll bring you to the album.

Christmas '08

We had a wonderful visit home for Christmas! This was the first year that Coulter "got it". He was so so so excited for Christmas, and asked every day if Santa was coming. In fact, he's still asking if he's coming again:) We had a couple of great snowstorms while we were in Massachusetts and Cole had a blast in the snow. Coulter tried his first lobster on New Year's Eve and loved it. That's my boy! He tried to eat the entire claw, so momma and dadda had to help out a bit:)
